The Gorvins Residential App is our mobile application which uses the latest technology to link our clients to their residential property case manager quickly and easily.
We seek to transform residential property transactions with the delivery of exemplary professional service which recognises that property sales, purchases and re-mortgages can be perceived as confusing and stressful with communication being an essential component of a successful transaction.
The Gorvins Residential App ensures the legal process is as transparent and expedient as possible providing quick simple access to the case from a smartphone or a tablet.
Clients can communicate with their case manager 24-hours per day by sending messages and photos. They will receive push notifications when there are actions for them to complete.
TO DO
This section is where any documents we send to you will appear. Once you have fully viewed and completed each document they will be stored in the Completed Section.*In order for us to start work on your transaction you must complete all your initial documentation and supply us with certified ID. Depending on your transaction we will also need your search fees this will be detailed in your Client Care Document and the bank details are also contained within the App.
COMPLETED
After you have completed or viewed a document it will move to the completed section so that you have a full record of documents we have sent you and those that you have completed. Do not worry about whether a document requires completing as it will remain in the TO DO list until complete.
MESSAGES
This is where you can message us any time of the day and where any messages we send you will be stored. The App will alert you to new messages so no need to keep checking.
PROCESS
This section allows you to see the main steps of your transaction, you will be able to see which steps have been completed and what is next in your transaction. We also include a full description of each step in plain English with no legal jargon.
You may have already downloaded and logged into our App if you have used us for a previous conveyancing transaction before, but if not you can find our App on both the Apple store and Google Play store. All you need it either an Apple device such as an iPhone or iPad or an Android Smart Phone or Tablet and your email address.
