Michael Jennings, Head of Post-Completion / Solicitor at Gorvins Residential LLP

Michael qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 after undertaking his training contract here at the firm and now oversees the registration process undertaken by the Post-Completion team.

As part of his role Michael works closely with the HMRC and the Welsh Revenue Authority to ensure that any changes to the tax legislation can be passed down to the clients of the firm in an easy to digest manner. Michael has also ensured that Gorvins are on the consultation panel with the Land Registry to pass feedback from our clients and the wider marketplace to ensure the Land registry can adapt to the ever-changing demands of the of the conveyancing marketplace.

Michael, as well as the other members of the management team, are currently striving to ensure that Gorvins Residential becomes one of the top ranked firms with the Land registry and is constantly striving to reach these goals.
